Delivery Driver

The objective of the Delivery Driver is to ensure that produce, dairy, and dry good products are delivered to Limehouse customers in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations. The Delivery Driver is also responsible for communicating any customer preferences or issues to the Transportation Department Managers and Supervisors as well as the Customer Care Department. Finally, the Delivery Driver is responsible for operating Limehouse vehicles in a safe and professional manner as well as reporting any vehicle maintenance issues using proper inspection format and verbal communication to supervisors.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performs deliveries, pick-ups, and returns of produce, dairy products, and dry goods to/from Limehouse Produce customers and suppliers.
  • Uses of the Omnitracs to review route assignments and log whereabouts while making deliveries using an iPhone.
  • Reviews paperwork for assigned route(s) to ensure that all invoices are present and in good condition.
  • Inspects cargo loads to ensure that they are packed appropriately
  • Prepares customer orders by verifying them with delivery invoices for accuracy, delivering them to customer facility, and assisting with check in and placement of products at the client facility. Receives signatures on invoices for items delivered and collects any cash on delivery payments when necessary.
  • Assists Warehouse and Customer Care departments loading any shorted product for delivery routes. Also makes Customer Care Department and supervisors aware of any delivery delays, shorts, errors, or quality issues that may require a reship to the customer immediately.
  • Completes, organizes, and turns in all appropriate paperwork and invoices, making sure that all checks and monies are balanced and included in the drop.
  • Ensures that all vehicles are cleaned out properly and the end of each shift.
  • Takes multiple routes per day depending on volume and client demands.
  • Completing any other delivery related duties that may be needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Two years of verifiable driving experience
  • Ability to operate automatic 22 ft box truck
  • Airbrakes experience required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s card
  • Ability to operate delivery truck in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Ability to interact with Limehouse customers and be a frontline representative of the Company
Order Selector

Shift: Midnight until completion

 

A Nightshift Selector is responsible for selecting, shrink wrapping and loading any assignment they are given by a supervisor/lead. This must be completed until the last assignment has been issues and/or a supervisor/lead has stated that the shift is complete. Nightshift Selectors must do this while also avoiding shorting, miss-picking, and sending damaged or outdated product to our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Using an electric ride-on pallet to select every assignment they are issues with a high level of accuracy.
  • Shrink wrap and secure every pallet that goes onto our delivery trucks.
  • Using our WMS system, ensure that every shrink wrapped/secured pallet goes onto the correct truck.
  • Requesting replenishments of slot locations through respectful and direct verbal communication with our forklift operators or through verbal communication to anyone in management.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed before clocking out for the shift.
  • When required, and within reason, perform additional responsibilities like cleaning, working in a different role, etc.
  • Wearing their steel toe shoes (company does not provide) and safety vest (company does provide) everyday for work.
  • Attend the pre-shift huddle at the beginning of the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year experience in a warehouse environment in a similar capacity.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Experience using a forklift or Electric pallet jack, certification preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Able to count and build large orders of produce; at times over 300 pieces.
  • Ability to commit many numbers to memory in reference to products and orders.
  • Possess high energy and a team attitude.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 100% of the time.
  • Must be able to move and lift boxes weighing up to 60lbs.
  • Must be able to operate and inspect powered equipment using controls.
  • Must be able to see distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Temperatures can be as low as 35 degrees in some areas.
  • Noise level is moderate.
Account Executive (Multiple Locations)

A Limehouse Produce Account Executive is a sales and service position. This job is a salary plus commission position – salary will reduce monthly once you’re on commission until you are paid fully by commission. Account Executives are required to complete CRM in real-time and visit at least 20 customers/prospects per day. They are the primary point of contact between their customers and Limehouse Produce. A love of food is not required, but strongly encouraged. If you are hard-working and like talking about food and the food industry, you will do well in this position.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Visit at least 20 customers and prospects per day and log all interactions into CRM.
  • Enter CRM data daily to track sales pipeline progress accurately and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop partnerships with prospects and current customers.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies to better service customers.
  • Attend weekly in-person meetings with your sales team.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to all customers.
  • Identify new avenues for selling products we have in stock.
  • Develop relationships with customers to create stickiness and loyalty to Limehouse Produce.
  • Supply customers with timely responses regarding order/shipment status, product information, pricing, and company information.
  • Solve customer problems by listening to customer’s concerns and providing practical solutions.
  • Understand our competition and bring valuable insights back to the sales leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. Individuals with less education but with prior Food Service Industry experience will also be considered.
  • 2-5 years direct sales experience in the foodservice or produce industry preferred.
  • Ability to speak to new people and have an engaging conversation.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently in a flexible environment.
  • Ability to influence clients and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to travel to customers via car. This position provides a car allowance, will cover fuel, oil changes, and provide a company credit card for work-related expenses.
  • Possess high energy and a team attitude
  • Ability to express yourself clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain professional and technical skills by attending educational showcases, visiting with our farm partners, and frequently touring our warehouses.
  • Have high levels of organizational skills and ability to successfully complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to drive.
  • Must be able to move and lift boxes weighing up to 50b lbs.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires irregular hours and may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Most of your time will be spent outside and driving between meeting/prospecting customers.
  • The job is very independent and demanding.
  • This job requires in-person and remote cold calls and availability for customer service tasks.

Customer Service Representative (PM)

The Limehouse PM Customer Service Representative is a critical front-line member of our customer service and sales support teams. You must be bilingual. Your essential customer-service oriented approach to every interaction, hunger for food, and desire to grow company sales will inform all aspects of your role. Whether answering phones, responding to emails, or collaborating with internal team members, you will provide above-and-beyond customer service while resolving issues and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will be expected to know Limehouse’s products and policies inside out (training will be provided) and use critical thinking to apply this knowledge in a manner that best services our customers. This position is located at our Charleston, SC facility. The position will be in the office, with the potential for hybrid scheduling, availability preferred – Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward current and prospective customers at all times across various communication channels.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and customer walk-ins.
  • Know our expansive catalog of products inside and out so that you can answer questions and recommend potential products.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Process orders and requests.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Individuals with less education and prior Food Service Industry work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service and Support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written along with excellent listening skills.
  • Familiarity with Produce Pro systems and practices preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
