Non-CDL Delivery Driver – Immediate Openings Available

Overview

The role of the Delivery Driver is to guarantee that produce, dairy, and dry goods are delivered to Limehouse customers in a way that meets or surpasses their expectations. This position involves relaying any customer preferences or concerns to the Transportation Department Managers and Supervisors, as well as the Customer Care Department. Additionally, the Delivery Driver must operate Limehouse vehicles safely and professionally and report any maintenance issues using the appropriate inspection format and verbal communication to supervisors.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Performs deliveries, pick-ups, and returns of produce, dairy products, and dry goods to/from Limehouse Produce customers and suppliers.
  2. Utilizes Omnitracs to assess route assignments and record locations during deliveries via an iPhone
  3. Reviews paperwork for assigned route(s) to ensure that all invoices are present and in good condition.
  4. Inspect cargo loads to ensure that they are packed appropriately
  5. Prepare customer orders by verifying them with delivery invoices for accuracy, delivering them to customer facility, and assisting with check-in and placement of products at the client facility. Receives signatures on invoices for items delivered and collects any cash on delivery payments when necessary.
  6. Supports the Warehouse and Customer Care teams by loading any missing products for delivery routes. Additionally, keeps the Customer Care Department and supervisors informed about any delivery delays, shortages, mistakes, or quality concerns that might necessitate an immediate reshipment to the customer
  7. Completes, organizes, and turns in all appropriate paperwork and invoices, making sure that all checks and monies are balanced and included in the drop.
  8. Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned out properly and at the end of each shift.
  9. Takes multiple routes per day depending on volume and client demands.
  10. Completing any other delivery related duties that may be needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Two years of verifiable driving experience
  2. Ability to operate automatic 26 ft box truck
  3. Airbrakes experience required
  4. Must have a valid driver’s license
  5. Must have a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s card
  6. Ability to operate delivery truck in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  8. Good driving record with no traffic violations
  9. Ability to interact with Limehouse customers and be a frontline representative of the Company
Order Selector

Shift: 11:00 pm until 7:00 am or until completion depending on volume

An Overnight Shift Order Selector is responsible for selecting, shrink wrapping and loading any assignment they are given by a supervisor/lead. This must be completed until the last assignment has been issues and/or a supervisor/lead has stated that the shift is complete. Nightshift Selectors must do this while also avoiding shorting, miss-picking, and sending damaged or outdated product to our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Using an electric ride-on pallet to select every assignment they are issues with a high level of accuracy.
  • Shrink wrap and secure every pallet that goes onto our delivery trucks.
  • Using our WMS system, ensure that every shrink wrapped/secured pallet goes onto the correct truck.
  • Requesting replenishments of slot locations through respectful and direct verbal communication with our forklift operators or through verbal communication to anyone in management.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed before clocking out for the shift.
  • When required, and within reason, perform additional responsibilities like cleaning, working in a different role, etc.
  • Wearing their steel toe shoes (company does not provide) and safety vest (company does provide) everyday for work.
  • Attend the pre-shift huddle at the beginning of the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year experience in a warehouse environment in a similar capacity.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Experience using a forklift or Electric pallet jack required, certification preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Able to count and build large orders of produce; at times over 300 pieces.
  • Ability to commit many numbers to memory in reference to products and orders.
  • Possess high energy and a team attitude.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 100% of the time.
  • Must be able to move and lift boxes weighing up to 60lbs.
  • Must be able to operate and inspect powered equipment using controls.
  • Must be able to see distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Temperatures can be as low as 35 degrees in some areas.
  • Noise level is moderate.
Human Resource Generalist (Charleston, SC)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Generalist to support the full life cycle of human resource activities for 100 employees in a warehouse distribution environment across 2 locations in South Carolina. This role will be responsible for general HR duties, such as employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a true generalist and have a broad knowledge of the human resource function.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in making sure all payroll records are submitted timely by management for corporate processing. Be the first point of contact for general payroll questions.
  • Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations matter by providing guidance to management and resolving workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best HR practices to include I-9 management, pre-employment document compliance, EEO-1 reporting and basic OSHA documentation.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software, preferably Paycom.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills a must.
  • Warehouse/Distribution experience a plus
  • Ability to travel to our Myrtle Beach location a couple of times a month.

 

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. In addition, Limehouse Produce offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes the perks outlined below.

Overnight Shipping Manager (North Charleston, SC)

Position Summary

The Overnight Shipping Manager is responsible for leading and managing all overnight shipping operations to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of outbound orders. This position requires close coordination with internal departments to meet delivery deadlines, maintain product integrity, and uphold safety and quality standards. The manager will supervise the overnight team, oversee order selection, loading, and dock processes, and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and professionally throughout the night. The role also involves resolving any shipping or staffing issues in real-time, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing employee scheduling and timekeeping, and ensuring the facility is ready for the next day’s operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the overnight warehouse team.
  • Plan, delegate, and oversee workflow using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and uphold company policies.
  • Train new overnight shift employees and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Review nightly reports, resolve order discrepancies, and address product shortages or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment during overnight operations.
  • Complete and submit accurate incident reports in a timely manner, documenting any workplace injuries, safety violations, or other critical events.
  • Manage employee timecards in Paycom, including missing punches, PTO requests, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
  • Identify and troubleshoot overnight operational problems, implementing quick and effective solutions.
  • Participate in operations meetings and communicate effectively with day shift leadership for smooth transitions.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and facility enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as required to support overall warehouse operations

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years’ experience in overnight warehouse shipping and receiving
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, food safety, USDA/FDA regulations, and DOT compliance
  • Certified or experienced with stand-up and reach forklifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 100% of the time.
  • Must be able to move and lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Must be able to operate and inspect powered equipment using controls.
  • Must be able to see distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
  • Work requires 60% standing and 40% sitting in cold and wet conditions
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain full visual and auditory capability
